Free events stay free. Always.

If your event is free to attend, you'll never pay platform fees. No limits on attendees, groups, or features. Community events shouldn't cost money to organise.

Advanced features, flexible pricing

When paid plans launch, you'll only pay for advanced features you actually use. Choose from monthly subscriptions for analytics, integrations, white-label solutions, and priority support. Basic event management stays free.

Revenue sharing for paid events

When you sell tickets or receive sponsorship payments through Meetello, we take a small percentage — no monthly subscriptions, no per-seat fees, no surprise invoices. If your event doesn't generate revenue, you pay nothing.

No lock-in, no hidden costs

Your data is yours. Export your attendee lists, financial records, and event history at any time. We'll publish full pricing details well before anything changes, so there are no surprises.

Questions

How long is the beta free?

For the entire beta period. We'll give at least 90 days' notice before any pricing takes effect, and beta users automatically get the early-adopter rate.

What features will cost money in the future?

Core event management (planning, attendee management, basic communications) will always be free. Paid features will include advanced analytics, custom integrations, white-label solutions, and priority support. You'll only pay for what you use, with flexible monthly subscriptions.

Will free events really stay free?

Yes. If you don't charge attendees and don't use advanced paid features, there's no fee. Full core features, no caps on free events.

What percentage will you take on paid events?

We're still finalising the exact rate. We'll publish full details well before paid plans go live. The principle stays the same: a single, transparent percentage on revenue processed through Meetello — no hidden fees.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your events, attendee lists, financial records, and group data are yours. You can export them at any time — no lock-in.

How do I share feedback?
